Japanese preview is live
A Japanese-language preview is now live at totallyosaka.com/ja/ — currently five pages: the homepage, the Plan hub, two articles (Getting to Osaka and Osaka Castle) and the takoyaki guide. The language switcher in the site header routes between the two versions, and every page now carries correct hreflang alternates so search engines can serve the right version to each reader. It's a small start — the roadmap from the start has always been to grow translations alongside the English base, not to wait until everything is perfect.
New English guides this week
Five new English articles: NGK ticket-buying details, a packing list, a matcha guide covering the city's cafes alongside a pointer to Uji for the serious stuff, a seasonal events guide covering Obon, winter illuminations and hatsumode, and a guide to reading hotel reviews for Japan-specific properties without getting confused by foreign-market expectations.
