Is Totally Osaka affiliated with any official tourism board?

No. Totally Osaka is an independent guide, not an official or government tourism site. We link out to official sources where it matters, particularly for things like visa rules and attraction opening hours that can change.

How often is the site updated?

We're aiming for at least one update a week, with two or three being more typical — new pages, and refreshes to existing ones as details change. The News & Updates department carries a running log of what's changed.

How do you decide what to cover first?

We're prioritising the questions a first-time visitor actually has — getting in, getting around, picking a base, and the handful of sights and dishes that define the city — before going deep into longer directories like hotels or neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood listings.

I found something out of date. What do I do?

Please get in touch — details are on the Contact page. Travel information changes constantly, particularly prices, hours and transit details, and corrections from people who've been there recently are genuinely valuable to us.

Will Totally Osaka be available in other languages?

Yes — that's the plan. English is live first, with translated versions of the guide planned to follow as the English content matures.
