Deeper, not just wider
The next phase of growth is less about opening new departments and more about going deeper within the ones that already exist — more of Osaka's individual neighbourhoods, more specific restaurants and shops rather than just districts and dishes in general, and more of the smaller day trips within easy reach of the city.
Translation is the next big milestone
English is thorough enough now to start being a genuinely solid base for translation. The plan, laid out in more detail in this site's build documentation, is to translate department by department rather than attempting all 16 target languages simultaneously — starting with the languages most represented among Osaka's actual visitors.
What stays the same
Whatever gets added, the structure won't change — nine departments, one growing index, updated honestly and regularly rather than launched all at once and left to go stale. The News & Updates department will keep tracking exactly what's changed and when.
